Every Pass Left Studio item is printed to order, just for you.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but you can't find it after checking with neighbors and your carrier, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Size and change-of-mind returns
Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund by emailing us. After that, your item may already be in production.
Refund method
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
