When will my order arrive?
Each item is printed to order in 2–5 business days, then delivered in 3–7 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. December is busy for carriers, so order early for holiday gifts.
Is shipping free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every US order. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Is there a deal for my whole mahj group?
Yes! Add 3 or more items to your cart and you'll automatically get 10% off everything — no code needed. Perfect for matching sweatshirts or totes for your table. Each item ships from our print partner, so items in one order may arrive separately.
How do sweatshirts fit?
They're unisex with a relaxed fit. Order your usual size for a classic fit, or one size up for a roomy look. See the size chart on each product page.
What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our refund policy.
Can I return an item that doesn't fit?
Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or, where available, a debit or credit card through PayPal's guest checkout — no PayPal account needed.
Do you sell mahjong tiles or the yearly card?
No. We make apparel and gifts for players. We are not affiliated with any mahjong league or tile maker.
How can I reach you?
Email passleftstudio@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
